David Campbell Baldry

Slade trained sculptor David Campbell Baldry makes work in a range of media including, drawing, print and photography. He has instigated and managed a number of major public art installations and is currently researching Kurdish artists in Iraq who use art as a weapon against extremism.

The wonderful location provided an incredible reference point and genesis for new site-specific works made during the short space of a five day residency. Artist Lol Sargent supported the project and developed the technical aspects of the experience.
